Pastor Marlene was ordained by Dr.Russ Moyer and sent in the calling has put on her life in 2012. She is a member of the Eagle Worldwide Network of Ministries.
She graduated from Unversity Laval in Quebec in 1976. She accepted Jesus as her Savior and Lord in 1994 and did ministry on the market place since then.
She is the president and founder of the ministry «Un Refuge Sous Ses Ailes-Québec».
«Un Refuge Sous Ses Ailes-Québec» is a prophetic and apostolic ministry.
Her mission is to contribute to the apostolic reformation and development of the integrity of the Body of Christ.
She is the author of five books and founder of the publishing house « Les Éditions Laetitia ».
Since 2015, she is an ambassador of the « International Coalition of Prophetic Leaders » and an ambassador of Eagle Worldwide Network of Ministries.
